We started using AirTags with wristbands for our kids last year because we were itching for a little peace of mind. These are definitely something we’ll continue using this year too. These little devices may be tiny, but they carry a huge weight off our shoulders. With the AirTag safely tucked into a band, we can see exactly where our kids are without constantly worrying.
What It Is (And Why You Need It)

In case you haven’t heard of these little devices yet, Apple AirTags are a small tracking device that connect to your iPhone through the Find My app. They are designed to help you locate items like keys, wallets, or luggage, but with a kid-friendly wristband, it becomes an extra layer of safety for families on the go like ours. The AirTags use Bluetooth and Apple’s Find My network and are super easy to setup with one tap on your iPhone. We have found that the battery lasts about a year, but it is replaceable and you can get location updates right from your phone.
Why We Love it

- Knowing where the kids are when we’re at a busy event, park, or even just around the neighborhood is such good peace of mind.
- It’s very easy to use: The Find My app is already built into the iPhone, so there’s no extra app to download.
- We love the Kid-friendly wristbands because they’re not bulky, just a simple band that looks like a watch but keeps your child trackable.
- They are super affordable for the safety they provide.
Bonus Tips… What you didn’t see in the reel 👀
- We use AirTags on backpacks, lunch boxes, or sports bags too.
- Pick up colorful or patterned wristbands so your kids enjoy wearing them.
- Set up notifications in the app so you know if your child or an item goes out of range.
Where To Get it

AirTags might be marketed for keeping track of your keys, but when paired with wristbands, they’re one of our favorite safety tools for our family. They’re simple, reliable, and give you the comfort of knowing exactly where your kids are. Would you use an AirTag wristband for your kids or stick to more traditional safety tools?
