We can’t get enough salsa in our lives. We literally eat salsa on everything, and this Perfect Pineapple Salsa pairs wonderfully with all the delicious foods for summer. As moms with little time, we refuse to make food that takes too long. Our schedules just don’t allow us to work in the kitchen for hours at a time (although we wish we could). There is very little that is as delicious as a ripe pineapple. However, we get it, coring and slicing the pineapple can be so time consuming. This pineapple corer is easy, just chop the top off and it does everything else. Okay, you do have to twist it, but that is literally all.

Pineapple Salsa Recipe


  • 3 Cups finely diced Pineapple
  • 1/3 cup minced Red Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper cored, seeded and finely
  • diced
  • 1 large Jalapeno seeds and ribs removed,
    then minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • salt to taste


  1. Place pineapple, red onion, jalapeno,
    bell pepper and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the lime juice and salt;
  3. Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate
    for up to 1 day before serving. We like eating it cold when all the flavors are mixed.
  4. Serve!
